What our customers say

In the rotor blade sector, we need partners who can provide fast response times and clear communication. Our specialist requirements and wishes are always taken into account, which is very important to us.

Rotor Control has already successfully completed many jobs for us, from rotor blade inspections and repairs to tower refurbishment. We have always been very satisfied with both the execution of the work and the way the projects were handled.

We have enjoyed a good working relationship with Rotor Control for many years. We value their expert work, flexibility in project realisation, and constructive communication.

Working with regional companies brings many benefits. Our long-standing collaboration with Rotor Control is characterised not only by quality work, but also by trust and flexibility.
Threefold safety: Our work platform access technology
Working platforms
The company has state-of-the-art work platforms allowing repair work on rotor blades to be performed quickly and effectively.
These work platforms can be individually deployed for pitch- or stall-regulated systems. This means that maintenance and repair work can be carried out cost-effectively on all turbine types up to 6 MW, regardless of tower height, and with the rotor blade in any position.
Rope access technology
Rope access technology enables fast and cost-saving deployment for the production of detailed damage documentation, the inspection and maintenance of lightning protection equipment, and the repair of minor damage such as vortex generators or stall strips on wind turbines.
Our trained employees are certified by FISAT e.V. as rope access technicians at Levels I to III.
All work can be carried out regardless of your system or blade type!
Work on the tower
Using our work platform designed specifically for tower access, we remove corrosion and paint damage from the tower, apply daily markings, or clean the tower (including internal cleaning). Cleaning residues are always disposed of professionally.
We apply permanently elastic sealing tapes to tower segment flanges or check the flanges for cracks using the dye penetration method.

The future begins in the true north and for rotor control
Backed by the European Union and the state government of Schleswig-Holstein, we are making further progress towards the digitalisation of our company. With the support of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), we are investing in optimised, integrated software solutions with high-performance hardware and cutting-edge tools. All of our employees receive training to enable them to utilise and implement these optimally in their day-to-day work. This is how we are gearing up to meet the new challenges of our time.
