Work on
rotor blades

  • Repairs to rotor blades of all makes and common sizes
  • Installation and repair of aerodynamic components, e.g. vortex generators
  • Application of optimum front edge protection using erosion protection film or liquid edge protection
  • Maintenance and adjustment work on rotor blade tips of all makes and sizes as well as replacement of tips and tip ropes
  • Attachment of day marking to the rotor blade
  • Complete refurbishment and coating of a suspended blade

On-demand night-time marking

  • Conversion, installation, commissioning & ongoing maintenance of systems from well-known manufacturers of on-demand night-time marking

Equipment testing

  • Inspection of technical equipment – climbing protection system (ladder, lift, crane), fixed ladders in accordance with DGUV I 208-032, ladders and steps in accordance with DGUV I 208-016, climbing protection systems in accordance with DGUV R 122-198/199
  • Testing of electronic equipment (DGUVV3 testing) including maintenance for wind turbines, PV systems, transformers in accordance with DGUV V3/VDE 100
  • Maintenance and repair of lift systems in wind turbines including coordination with the authorised inspection agency

  • Inspections/site walkthroughs including standard measurements
  • Maintenance of components according to manufacturer specifications including component replacement/troubleshooting
